Return Policy: Within 60 days of the order date, you may return unopened items (or those that include a fair amount of the unused product) in their original packaging for a refund of the purchase price. Refunds are only available for unopened or little used items in their original packaging. Return Processing: You must get in touch with us by CLICKING HERE and sending us a return merchandise authorization (RMA) request in order to return a product. We could ask you to submit us images of any damaged or faulty goods before we issue an RMA number if the item is such. All promotional items (free gifts, etc.) must be returned in order to qualify for a refund. The value of the promotional item will be subtracted from the refund amount (excluding shipping expenses) if it is not returned and was part of the original transaction. For returns that are not damaged, you will be liable for the cost of shipping to us. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
Damaged Items: In order to receive a replacement item, you must notify customer support of the problem within 48 hours after delivery. Exchanges are limited to the identical item that was purchased, unless it is no longer available, and we only replace things that are damaged or defective. A 25% restocking fee will be charged if a defective item is returned and exhibits physical damage or signs of being dropped, which are found to be the source of the defect.
